Ask any urban youth what it means to stay on your “grind” and they will tell you that it means to consistently stay focused and work hard towards your goals. It is in this spirit that Sylvia and Thomas Wilson developed Milwaukee Grind. MKE Grind is a youth focused career development organization that provides youth with information and tools to ignite vision, present opportunities, and empower them to propel towards their dreams. MKE Grind also helps employers connect with teens and young adults in the community.
