User Services staff provide flexible and convenient services that support UWM community members near and far.
User Services librarians and graduate student interns responded to and directed over 1000 virtual reference questions via our Ask a Librarian Service.

Advocacy and Expertise
User Services librarians apply their expertise in scholarly communications and Open and Affordable Educational Resources (OEAR) to create a more equitable academic environment for UWM students, researchers, and instructors.
