Boswell Book Company is hosting an evening with Prof. Pickering-Iazzi on March 9th, following the release of her translation of the novel Tina, Mafia Soldier by Maria Rosa Cutrufelli. This novel was originally published in 1994 in Italian as Canto al deserto: Storia di Tina, soldato di mafia.
