In honor of the Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World, UWM will host Massimo Montanari, Professor Medieval History and Food History at the University of Bologna in Italy, for a lecture on “Food Culture, Italian Identity.” The event will include a pasta demonstration by a Mariette from Casa Artusi.
