James maintains OAIR's dashboards in OBIEE, works on the reporting of institutional data to UW System, responds to ad hoc data requests from Academic Affairs, and conducts research to help inform decision-making at UW-Milwaukee.

James worked previously at the Lubar School of Business as an academic advisor and program coordinator. He earned his B.S. in Zoology from UW-Madison and his M.S. in Administrative Leadership in Higher Education from UW-Milwaukee.
