Vicky creates analyses and actionable knowledge to inform decision-making at UWM.

Some of her responsibilities include:

  • Providing analysis and data support for central diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
  • Providing data support for accreditation efforts and external surveys (e.g., US News)
  • Developing and updating general analytical tools for faculty/staff across UWM to analyze academic data
  • Facilitating the administration of the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) and analyzing and disseminating survey results to institutional stakeholders

Vicky earned a bachelor’s from Université de Montréal and first came to UWM as an undergraduate exchange student. She obtained a Master’s in Psychology from Hunter College and a Master's in Political Science from Stony Brook. For 9 years, she was a charter school administrator in Brooklyn. There, she led institutional compliance efforts with a focus on organizational sustainability.
