| Description: | This dashboard contains a list of undergraduate students who have had an academic standing other than No Action, and includes students on probation, academic drops, and those who have cleared probation. To provide accurate historical data, this dashboard uses historical data warehouse tables that are updated each weekend. This report only provides the most recent term's Academic Standing. As of 02/06/2026, that term is Winterim. The data table in this report contains one line per student-program-career. As such, a student may have multiple rows which will not be exact duplicates. Users of this dashboard may be accessing FERPA-protected data and are therefore expected 1) only to access such data if they have a legitimate educational reason for doing so, and 2) to take appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality of such data, for example, redacting cell sizes less than or equal to 5 if the data will be shared outside of UWM. |

| Change Log: | 02/06/2026: The report was updated to display Winterim 2026 Academic Standings. The report was updated to meet accessibility mandates. 01/06/2026: The report was updated to display Fall 2025 Academic Standings. The values displayed for GPA (Term), GPA (Cum.), and Credits (Cum.) were fixed as some were showing double and tripled values. 09/05/2025: The report was updated by replacing the historical version of the VU_REC_STUDENT_TERM_FACT_X table to the non-historical one to allow for daily refresh. 09/03/2025: The report was updated with changes to the data model structure to fix erroneous display of Blank values in the Academic Standing filter and to correct the "Distinct count of students" tile. The information displayed in the exportable spreadsheet is unchanged. 08/27/2025: The report was updated to include Summer 2025 Academic Standings. Refresh schedule was changed from weekly to daily. 07/09/2025: Thanks to user feedback, corrections were made to the data model to improve reporting accuracy. 07/08/2025: The Academic Standing Report is now available in Power BI. |
