Innovative Weather has ended its day-to-day operations as of April 30th, 2024. We have ended service for our supportive partners, our students are no longer forecasting on a daily basis, and our operations have otherwise ceased.
17 years ago, our founders Paul Roebber and Mike Westendorf, set forth on a mission to bring positive value to UWM Atmospheric Science students, the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, our supporting partners, and the community through applied experience in a weather forecast setting. Now, we have closed with that legacy and mission still intact, and with over 100 students & alumni behind us. We are immensely grateful for the support from all these groups over the years, for the lessons learned, and the lives impacted.
