Youlin Zhao

Youlin Zhao is a visiting scholar at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee School of Information Studies. She received her PhD from the School of Information Management, Wuhan University, China. She is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the School of Information Management, Nanjing University, China, and an associate professor and doctoral supervisor at the Business School of Hohai University, China. Her research areas mainly include the application of knowledge organization and spatiotemporal data in the field of social perception data, cross-innovation in the scientific and technological industry, and health informatics. A recipient of various awards including National Natural Science Foundation, National Social Science Foundation, Postdoctoral Fund, etc. She has also been a visiting scholar at the School of Information at the University of Sheffield, UK. Her teaching and research interests include business data analysis, information organization and retrieval, and health informatics.
