Recent Change to PantherList
In July, UWM’s PantherList email service had an update that affects both how current lists appear in your inbox and how new PantherLists are created. Please review the full details to ensure your messages are successfully sent.
UWM WiFi Network Updates
In June, UWM Guest, a new WiFi network, launched for guests and visitors of UWM. Faculty and staff should use UWM WiFi. Please check your WiFi connection on personal devices to ensure you are using the right network. For more information on all the WiFi networks, please visit uwm.edu/wifi.

Staying Safe Online
The best way to keep yourself safe online is to become more familiar with the signs of phishing scams, common scam types and how to handle a phishing email. If you are unsure about an email you receive, do not respond or click on anything. Forward the email to abuse@uwm.edu, and UWM’s Information Security Team will be able to help confirm anything suspicious. Learn more about recent trends in online scams.
