The Well Wisconsin Program, administered by WebMD, is offered as part of the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program. This program is free for employees and spouses enrolled in the State Group Health Insurance Program. The program offers tools and resources to help employees maintain or improve their health and well-being while lowering their health risks and costs.

Wellness Incentive

Employees and spouses (if enrolled in State Group Health Insurance) can each earn an annual $150 incentive by completing a health assessment, health check activity, and one well-being activity by mid-October.

Online Health Assessment

  • Brief survey related to health, lifestyle and overall well-being

Health Check Activity

  • Biometric screening through onsite event, self-collection materials, healthcare provider form
  • Annual Dental Exam
  • One WebMD Coaching Session

Employees who are not enrolled in the State Group Health Plan are able access the following:

  • Onsite presentations and activities (i.e. group walks)
  • Other virtual activities/groups (i.e. Fitness classes)

Managers/Supervisors
