Media, Technology, and Society in Late Imperial China

From 2:00-3:30pm on Nov. 18, UWM’s “Asia in Conversation” series will offer an online roundtable about printing, paper-based media, and books in Chinese culture and society from the 1500s through the early-1900s. The event will feature the History Department’s Xin Yu, who will discuss his work on family albums, print technology, and related topics.
