The Workshop will be in a hybrid format – you can attend in-person (refreshments will be provided) or accommodations will be made if you need to attend online.

This workshop is free and open to all current, future, and former teachers of all levels of French. Registration is required and attendees can register here.

Sponsored by the Alliance Française de Milwaukee, SWAAF (Southeast Wisconsin Academic Alliance in French), UWM Lubar Entrepreneurship Center, and the UWM Department of Global Studies.

After the workshop, you are invited to attend the second evening of the 26th annual UWM Festival of Films in French on campus. The first screening of the evening will begin at 4:30pm and is free and open to the public.

While at UWM, Dr. Laborde will also present “Making A Splash: Women Cartoonists in France” on Friday, February 17, 2023, at 2:00pm in Lubar Entrepreneurship Center Room 107. For more information, see the event here.
