Drop In Advising
Due to the dangerously cold conditions, all SFS offices will be closed to in person services on Friday, January 23rd. Virtual Drop In advising will still be available from 9am to 3pm.

Regularly scheduled Drop In Advising will resume Monday January 25 through Friday January 30, between 9am and 3pm. Meet with an advisor on a first come, first served basis. Remote meetings by phone and video also available! Regularly scheduled appointments will resume Monday February 2.

Report a Private Scholarship

If you have been awarded a private scholarship (not from UWM) and your scholarship funds will be sent directly to the UWM Office of Student Accounts, you do not need to notify UWM in advance. The funds will be reflected on your financial aid award after they are received, which may take up to three weeks after UWM receives the funds from the donor.

Be sure your donor includes your name and campus ID on the check in order to identify you as the recipient.
