We’re looking to encourage students to file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Most students are eligible for some type of financial aid based on the FAFSA.
Faculty and staff are encouraged to review the FAFSA Promotion Toolkit and use any opportunity to remind students to file their FASFA, using the following resources:
- Poster: Print/post a copy where you think students will see it most.
- PowerPoint Slide: Add to the beginning of your deck and display while students are entering and getting settled for class.
- Canvas Announcement Text: Post in your Canvas course anytime after October 1, 2025.
- Canvas Announcement Image: Post in your Canvas course anytime after October 1, 2025.
- Digital Screen: Publish on screens in your building anytime after October 1, 2025.
- Website: Direct students who ask questions here for additional resources.
