Overview
Join CSI’s most meta hackathon yet: Hack the Hackathon! This challenge dares you to flip the script—your team won’t just compete in a hackathon, you’ll design a smarter way to run one.
Learn how to use AI agents to handle the complex, behind-the-scenes workflows that make events like this possible. You’ll work with AI tools through CSI’s Azure subscription, including access to Azure OpenAI, Logic Apps, and automation platforms.
The full challenge will be revealed on Friday, April 25, at 1:00 PM at the launch event—but here’s a hint:

UWM students from any discipline! (Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, etc.)
No prior AI experience needed—bring your curiosity and creativity!

Sprint Hackathon: How it Works
The entire hackathon will be launched an completed in one weekend!
- April 25, 1:00: Hackathon Launch
- 48 hours to design and build a solution
- Participants collaborate at CSI over the weekend
- April 27, 12:30: Hackathon ends. Presentations and Awards from 1:00-4:30
