Research Interests

My research focuses on neurodiversity and new media in interpersonal and organizational contexts. Specifically, my research examines how technology can help improve relationships among individuals in understudied groups. Much of my research examines motivations for using communication technologies and how that use impacts relational outcomes in organizational and interpersonal contexts. I'm interested in learning more about how individuals who are neurodiverse use technology to help navigate relationships in their relationships and at work.
