Research Interests

Feminism is Aklima's prime interest of research, especially focused on how instructional/classroom communication can play a role to empower women and create women's identity as well as Intersectional challenges and work-life balance of graduate students abroad.

Biographical Sketch

Previously Aklima was an Assistant Professor and Lecturer in Shaikh Burhanuddin Post Graduate college under National University, Bangladesh.
