Lisa Heuler Williams is a policy analyst at the Center. She received her B.A. from UW-Madison and an M.A. in International Development from The American University. Her work focuses on economic data research and community engagement. Lisa has extensive experience in data research and economic impact analysis. She partners extensively with community-based organizations and conducts Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR). Lisa is the Coordinator of the Economic Development Fellows Program for graduate students who have served in Peace Corps or Americorps. The Economic Development Fellows Program places UWM graduate students in long-term placements in central city organizations where they work on community economic development projects.
