Support During Winter Recess

During the Winter Recess (December 24, 2020-January 3, 2021), most support offices have a modified schedule.

Canvas Tier I Support provided by Instructure

  • Audiences: All
  • Phone support will be unavailable Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Support will still be available by email, and by chat.

UWM Help Desk

CETL Support Commons

  • Audiences: Instructors, Program Administrators
  • CETL will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, as well as UWM’s scheduled furlough day on December 28, 2020. On all other days, CETL will be open normal business hours.

UW-Extended Campus Technical Support

  • Audiences: Students taking UW Flexible Option credits; and, students taking courses in these programs: Applied Computing (APC), Associate of Arts and Science (AAS), BSN@Home and UW College Courses Online
  • UWEX TS will be operating modified hours through December and early January. Refer to the UWEX Technical Support page for more information.
