Graduation Checklist

Check Your Enrollment Appointment on PAWS

• Summer and Fall enrollment is open for all students as of Monday, May 4.
• UWinteriM 2027 enrollment dates will be assigned Monday, October 12.
• Spring 2027 enrollment dates will be assigned Monday, November 9.
• Summer 2027 enrollment dates will be assigned Monday, March 22.

Check Your Academic Requirements on Stellic

• Once you enroll in your remaining courses, ensure that all your academic requirements in Stellic are satisfied.
• If any of your requirements appear not satisfied, please check with your academic advisor for guidance.

Apply for Graduation in PAWS

• Graduation application opens:
  • Spring/Summer graduates: Mid-November
  • Fall/UWinterM graduates: Mid-April
• Application deadline*
  • Spring/Summer graduates: Friday, January 23, 2026

*You can still apply for graduation after the deadline, up until the day of the commencement ceremony. However, your name may not appear in the printed commencement program if you miss the deadline.

Diploma Information

• Degrees are not finalized until all grades and requirements are satisfied.
• Diplomas are mailed to your PAWS mailing address about 8-10 weeks after the commencement ceremony. Contact the Registrar’s Office if you need alternative arrangements.

Commencement Information

• Fall/Spring commencement information
  • If you complete your degree in UWinterM or Summer, you may still walk in the Fall or Spring ceremony. Be sure to still apply for UWinteriM/Summer Graduation in PAWS.
• Order a cap and gown.
