How To Schedule a New Transfer Advising Appointment
To schedule an advising appointment, login to Navigate 360 using your ePantherID.
From the desktop homepage, select Appointments from the options listed on the left-hand side of the page.
Then, click the blue Schedule an Appointment button on the right-hand side to configure your appointment.
On the New Appointment page, start by selecting Advising from the drop-down options of appointment types.
Then, under the Service options, scroll down and select New Transfer.
By default, today’s date will be displayed under Pick a Date. Feel free to pick a specific date or you can move forward and click the blue Find Available Time button.
On the next page, indicate how you would like to meet (e.g., in-person, Microsoft Teams, phone). Then select the preferred advising Location.
Next, click on a time to an appointment time. Things to keep in mind:
Verify your selection for how you would like to meet before selecting the day and appointment time.
Adjust the mini calendar to see more appointment availability into the future.
Click “start over” to refresh your appointment search
Before your appointment is confirmed, review your appointment details, including the Details that the advisor provides.
Optional: Tell your advisor any additional information that could be helpful prior to your appointment in the comment box.
Click Schedule to confirm your appointment. You will get a confirmation email in your UWM inbox and meeting reminders prior to your New Transfer appointment.
