Kenilworth Facilities Request Form

This form is intended for for those looking to request use of common spaces (hallways, open areas, lobby, shared spaces) within Kenilworth Square East. Personal items may not occupy the space and are not the responsibility of the Facilities Department. Reservations of the spaces may not last longer than 2 weeks and require at least 48 hours notice.

Please acknowledge the following: If affixing to a wall you must use blue painters tape or an approved fastener (check with caa-facilities@uwm.edu for approved fasteners). No fog, haze, glitter or pyrotechnics are allowed in CAA spaces without the express written permission of the CAA Facilities Director.
