Biography
Samuel Schultz is an Assistant Adjunct Professor and a Land Use & Development Advisor at von Briesen & Roper, s.c. He specializes in public and private sector community development projects including economic development, zoning, land division, open space planning, and comprehensive planning. Sam holds AICP and CNU accreditation, and has served on the Urban Planning Alumni Association and the Whitefish Bay Architectural Review Commission.
