Biography

Jennifer Rybarczyk is a certified Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP) and urban planner with a professional consulting background supporting community, infrastructure, and environmental planning and design efforts for public and private agencies. Jennifer has worked on projects all over the United States for the past 25 years at HNTB focusing on GIS project management, spatial data collection, geospatial and statistical analysis, mapping, software training and support.

Jennifer’s passion is teaching people how to utilize the vast capabilities that GIS can provide and looks forward to sharing her knowledge with students.
