Biography

Chris, a licensed Wisconsin Architect, embarked on his architectural journey post-graduation from The School of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. His professional trajectory spans diverse settings, including traditional architectural offices, a design-build firm, and corporate architecture in Dallas, Texas, and his hometown of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Transitioning from architectural design to a pivotal role as a code official for the city of Milwaukee, Chris now extends his expertise through consultation services to design professionals and individuals on building codes. With a fervent commitment to preservation and the adaptive reuse of historic buildings, Chris leverages his extensive experience in administering building codes to educate aspiring architects on the intricate regulatory requirements safeguarding the health, safety, and welfare of building occupants.
