Intelligent Innovation

At UWM, artificial and generative artificial intelligence (AI) are being used to enhance research and innovation, and to further enhance teaching and learning. Given the universal use of AI, UWM also sees it as a bridge that can connect our campus with employers in the region and beyond. 

UWM also recognizes that AI is in its early stages and requires guardrails in the form of policies and rules that govern its use and implementation. This site offers a hub for our campus community to gain the knowledge, skills and experience to harness AI’s potential, while also being mindful of its limitations.
