You should declare as soon as you decide to minor in German. Declaring guarantees accurate advising on course selection and gives you preference in our scholarships, including but not limited to awards to study abroad.
2. Explore the German Minor
Prospective German Minors should read the requiremens information for the minor. If you have questions, you can make an appointment with the German Program advisor to get more information.
3. Submit the Declaration of Minor Form
To officially declare a German Minor, fill out and submit the form at the button below.
4. Initial Advising Appointment to Declare the Minor
Once your declaration of minor has been processed, the German Program Advisor will reach out to set up your first advising meeting. At that appointment, the advisor can answer any questions you have as well as discuss your current progress towards satisfying the German minor requirements and help you develop a plan to complete any remaining coursework.
