Scoring
Scores of 8 or more indicate hazardous cannabis use, which could lead to: 
– being less healthy 
– having less success in school or work 
– having difficulties with relationships 
– cannabis use disorder, which can include addiction. 
 
Scores of 12 or more indicate a possible cannabis use disorder (CUD). Some signs of CUD include craving cannabis, experiencing withdrawal symptoms when trying to stop or cut back, neglecting obligations, and difficulty controlling use. Seek help if you notice any of these signs or if you feel suicidal.

An analysis of survey data from more than 280,000 young adults ages 18-35 showed that cannabis (marijuana) use was associated with increased risks of thoughts of suicide (suicidal ideation), suicide plans, and suicide attempts2.
