A UWM alumna and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Constance joined University Counseling services in Fall 2021. She brings a wealth of experience working with people who are dealing with both mental health and substance use issues. Her style is comprehensive, motivational and flexible. Within the therapeutic relationship, Constance focuses on compassion and empathy in order to build strong rapport with those with whom she works. She enjoys working with students from diverse backgrounds and practices from several treatment approaches including CBT, DBT and EMDR.
