Credit card returns require the card used for the purchase.

Returns of unopened merchandise will be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Returns of opened merchandise will be accepted within 30 days from date of purchase and must include all of the undamaged/unmodified components as well as the original packaging. A 10% restocking fee will be levied on such returns.

Returns of opened headphones will not be accepted unless the item is defective.

Returned devices must be unlocked and reset to factory settings. This includes turning off “Find my Mac/iPad” and disconnecting from any cloud services before returning your device.

No returns on clearance items.

Once shipped, custom built Apple computers cannot be returned.

Cancellations:
To cancel an order, you may either come in person to the UWM TechStore, contact the staff via phone at 414-229-2842, or email UWM TechStore staff at uwm-techstore@uwm.edu.

Please note that once an item is shipped, you can no longer cancel the order and should instead follow the return policy as indicated above.
