There is no singular way to lead. There is no rulebook. No set-in-stone standard for what it looks like to be a leader. I can lead; you can too.
During this 3-week workshop series, students will take the Leadership Practices Inventory, and learn about five common practices of leadership by participating in thoughtful discussions and engaging activities. In this program you will explore the following questions:
- How do I determine my values and act on them?
- How do I develop my ability to inspire others?
- How do I create change?
- How do I equip others to lead?
- How do I celebrate others’ victories and my own?
