Please carefully review. Strengths Codes are $15 per person.Please identify at least two days (and list the start and end time) for when you would like the workshop.(Required)Dates must be at least 3 weeks in advance to allow sufficient planning and preparation time.Audience Size(Required)General: 10-30, Strengths: 10-30, Ignite: 20-80. To meet minimums, feel free to double-up with other organizations or departments if needed.Audience Make-up(Required) Students Faculty and/or Staff Student Involvement is funded by Student Segregated Fees. Staff/Faculty workshops need to take place during summer or winter break, so we are available for our primary audience – students – when classes are in session. We charge a $100 facilitation fee to staff/faculty.Acknowledgements(Required) I understand that custom workshop requests are fulfilled based on availability of facilitators. I understand that my request may not be fulfilled if submitted within less than 3 weeks of my desired workshop date. I acknowledge that if the primary audience is staff or faculty, my department is responsible for the $100 workshop facilitation cost.
