Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 1:01 p.m.


The minutes of September 19, 2025 meeting were approved by automatic consent.

Unfinished Business

  1. Identify presentation roles.
    Re-ordered slides and content for the 2025 presentation based off reflection from the last presentation recording and slide presentation.
    O’Connell will copy the Qualtrics survey from spring and forward the new fall survey link to Surach.
    Ann writing Orientation Goals.
  2. Update content of AS orientation-new content slides will be added to the sign-up to see if
    Slides should be updated by 10/31/2025
    All slides need to meet accessibility requirements
    Surach will send Tammy the slides and recording after the presentation to post on the Sec of U website
  3. Discuss promotion and marketing of presentation
    Provost Updates
    Sec of U website – to Tammy with link
    Present on November 4, 2025 from 2:30-3:30 p.m.
