  1. Meeting called to order at 3:02 p.m.
  2. Automatic Consent
    Minutes of November 25, 2025 meeting approved as distributed. 
  3. Set Agenda
    The committee reviewed the Faculty/Senate meeting agenda for January 29, 2026. Business items and time limits were set.

    The SecU office will request that a division report scheduled for a future meeting be moved to this meeting.
  4. Other business
    G. Rodger shared that the budget transparency team will be coming to the Faculty Senate in the near future.
  5. Meeting adjourned at 3:15 p.m.
