      Here we have 3 options. This was where we left discussion AND this adds an option that aligns with UW-Madison.
      The 3 options are (each in different colored highlight):
      Option 1 – IRT not required, but can be requested. (committee discussion in October 2025)
      Option 2 – IRT required (as current practice) (committee discussion in November 2025)
      Option 3 – IRT utilized once report received (UW-Madison’s practice)
