  1. Meeting called to order at 9:00 a.m. 
  2. Auto consent. 
    1. Minutes of the September 25, 2025, meeting approved as distributed. 
    2. New bilateral exchange agreement with Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU) in Seoul, South Korea, Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU) approved via auto consent after discussion.
  1. Other business as needed. 
    1. S. Gosz added review the criteria for Faculty-Led Study Abroad Programs for the academic year Summer 2027 onward to the agenda. Added via vote to agenda, M. Rausch Comacho moved, K. Wallick seconded, unanimous voice vote. Committee discussed the Faculty-Led Programs Proposal Form and Faculty-Led Program rubric. K. Wallick moved to approve the documents, A. Chakrabarti seconded. Vote: 12 aye, 0 nay, 1 abstention.
