  1. Called to order at 8:30 AM
  2. Approved November 2025 meeting minutes
  3. Welcomed our guest:  Kevin Boyd, Head Women’s Soccer Coach
    1. Record was 13-5-3, had one of the toughest non-conference schedules in the country.
    2. Undefeated in Horizon League at 8-0-2, won the regular season and the Horizon League Tournament.  They were 5th in the country in goals scored.
    3. In his 4 years has won 4 HL Regular Season Titles, 4 HL Tournament Titles, 4 NCAA Tournament appearances.   Unbeaten streak in the conference is a record at 39 games, the only game Kevin has lost is his very first one vs. Wright State.
    4. WSOC had the highest team GPA of the department at 3.78.
    5. Savannah Sievert shared that she picked Milwaukee due to the success of the program.  Each year they set a high standard, the end goal is always to win the conference.  They bring competitive energy to every practice and recognize that there will be tough moments to work through.  She graduates this December, she was a part of the business scholars program and the honors college.  She has an internship this spring, and this summer she will work with Ernst and Young.  She is applying for grad school for next fall, Master’s in Accounting (150 credits to then sit for the CPA).
  4. Updates from the Athletic Department:
    1. Report from Director of Athletics, Amanda Braun
      1. Fall seasons concluded, the crossover of hosting multiple home events for Fall and Winter sports has concluded.
      2. MBB and WBB are the only teams in competition mode right now.
        1. WBB starts HL play this Friday at 6 PM
        2. MBB starts HL play this Saturday at 7 PM
      3. HL Commissioner search is posted.  Julie Roe Lach finishes the end of this month.
      4. Amanda is working with procurement on a consulting firm to assist with strategic planning.
      5. Panther Pale Ale, student artwork was shared.  Distributed by Pilot Project.

    1. MKE SAAC  & Horizon League SAAC – Belle Roloff, Savannah Sievert, Zach Schmidt, Josie Johnson and Bella Lipski
      1. HL SAAC was 2 days ago
        1. Mental Health – discussed prioritizing their mental health during the finals season.
        2. Nothing But Net – partnering with Special Olympics, an event in January.
        3. Polar Plunge – end of February, SAAC members will volunteer

        1. Meet next Monday.  Will do a gingerbread competition.
    2. Congratulations to Savannah who is graduating this December!
