      1. Report of Space Planning Subcommittee
        1. Melissa Spadanuda provided a report of recent committee activities:
          1. EMS E375 room requests involving the following room transfers:
            1. EMS-E375 from L&S Math to CEAS to serve as Senior Project Seminar Room
            2. EMS-W218 from CEAS to the GA Classroom pool.
            3. EMS-W109 from GA Classroom pool to L&S Math to serve as Department Active Learning Classroom.
      2. Report of Transportation Subcommittee
        1. Bob Schneider provided an overview of a campus walk with university, City of MKE and MCTS representatives completed on Friday, 12/12.  Recap notes shared with committee.
      3. Report on Health Sciences renovation
        1. Karen Wolfert provided an update on design development progress and the project schedule for the Health Sciences Renovation of the Northwest Quad facilities.
    2. Closed session – The Physical Environment Committee may move into closed session as permitted by Wis. Stats. sec. 19.85(1)(e) for the purposes of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.

      3. Committee went into closed session at 9:41 AM.
      4. Naming proposal motioned by J. Boehm, seconded by J. McLean and passed unanimously.
      5. Committee left the session closed at 9:46 AM.
