  1. Call to order
    Chair E. Jastrab called the meeting to order at 1:02 p.m.
  2. Auto consent
    1. The agenda was approved as presented.
    2. The December 12, 2025 meeting minutes as distributed.
  3. New Business
    1. Proposed revisions to Academic Staff Personnel Policies and Procedures, Chapter 105.03 – Kyla Esguerra, member of the Academic Staff Committee, provided context for the proposed revisions explaining that Workday shifted the process for performance evaluations for non-instructional academic staff. The process and timeline for the instructional and research academic staff will remain the same. Suggested timeline for non-instructional academic staff will align with fiscal year. The final deadline is set by the Universities of Wisconsin system. After review and discussion, substantial changes were suggested by the Committee.
