  1. Meeting called to order at 11:47 p.m.
  2. Automatic Consent
    Minutes of October 2, 2025 meeting approved as distributed. 
  3. Set Agenda
    The committee reviewed the Faculty Senate meeting agenda for November 20, 2025. Business items and time limits were set.
  4. Other business
    The committee recommends that the Faculty Senate move to fully in-person meetings starting in January 2026. Virtual attendance has reduced participation, discussion, and engagement. Recent close votes and minimal online discussion raised concerns about whether members are fully engaging with the materials. The committee believes in-person meetings will better support discussion, collegiality, and transparency.
