John has asked if someone could take over his task (create the announcement). Nathan will do this.
V. New Business
a. Chancellor: How does NIAS support research and provide opportunities to employees.
Jennifer wanted to hear feedback on this question regarding what we did individually. This led to a conversation about how we could convey this to the UWM community via an event or workshop. We will flesh out this idea after the How Can I Be of Service workshop, but Nathan and Lynne will contact Jennifer Cramer and Tracy Oles to get their feedback on the idea and Lynne will contact Tammy Howard to find out where academic staff are on campus. Jennifer will convey want we said to the Chancellor.

Megan needs to step down by the end of the year. Anyone who is interested in being a co-chair should contact Nathan.
