    1. Adding SEMSS (Enrollment Management) representative ex officio to the PEC
      1. Alyssa Conrardy explained the programmatic needs of SEMSS to be aware of PEC activities related to their mission.
      2. Motion made by Mark Srite, seconded by Nicole Stelzner.
      3. The motion passed unanimously.
    2. Representative for the Campus Space Planning Committee (CSPC)
      1. Mark Srite provided an overview of the role/committee.
      2. Benjamin Church volunteered to serve.
  6. Standing business
    1. Report of Space Planning Subcommittee (Mark Srite).
    2. Report of Transportation Subcommittee (Bob Schneider)
      1. Bob Schneider shared updates on the following:
        1. Hartford Ave redevelopment plan.
        2. Upcoming TSC Topics
          1. Bublr Bikes, including new UWM stations.
          2. Efforts to encourage bike/ped/bus access to campus.
          3. Bike access improvements on Downer Ave
          4. Kenwood ped crossing improvements
          5. Maryland Ave improvements.
      2. Jesse Mc announced her withdrawal from the committee due to scheduling conflicts.  Brian Schermer volunteered to take her place.
      3. Members shared concerns about safety issues related to e-scooters and general pedestrian/bicyclist safety around campus.
  7. Closed session – The Physical Environment Committee may move into closed session as permitted by Wis. Stats. sec. 19.85(1)(e) for the purposes of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
    1. Bob Schneider made a motion to move into closed session, seconded by Elise.
    2. The committee moved to closed session at 8:55 AM.
    3. The committee discussed three donor naming opportunities.
      1. First topic motioned by Elysse Newman, seconded by Mark Srite,  and approved unanimously.
      2. Second topic motioned by Elysse Newman, seconded by Mark Srite, and approved unanimously.
      3. Third topic motioned by Phil Warren, seconded by Elysse Newman, and approved unanimously.
      4. Moved out of Closed Session at 9:10 AM.
