Guests: Suzanne Boyd, Andrew Graettinger, Kathleen Koch, Cindy Marifke, Jeremy Miner, Kate Mollen, Jeff Nytes, and Michelle Schoenecker

  1. Tori McCoy called the meeting to order at 9:00 am.
  2. Minutes of September 15, 2025, meeting and the current meeting agenda were automatically approved.
  3. Approval of the Revised Policy on Research Misconduct (SAAP 14-5)
    Jeff Nytes and Kris O’Connor presented the document. The changes were required because the federal government made changes to their research misconduct requirements that will be active on January 1, 2026. The committee suggested wording changes for the purpose of clarity.
    MOTION: to approve the document as amended. The motion was seconded and approved.
