- Guest: Andrew Levesque, Coordinator – Video Production
- Produces ESPN+ broadcasts. Undergrad was at Northern Iowa and got experience working within their sports production. Then he went to Eastern Illinois for a grad assistantship, where he was the primary lead on the ESPN+ broadcasts.
- Started at Milwaukee in 2021. Responsibilities include hiring and training a crew of students, learning technology and producing broadcasts. In the Fall we broadcast men’s and women’s soccer and volleyball, Winter men’s and women’s basketball and Spring baseball. During the broadcast he is the producer, director and leads replays. Crew of students that act as multi-media assistants, their main job is working the cameras and video board production.

- Horizon League provided a financial distribution for broadcast needs. Four new cameras were purchased, as well as software upgrades and cables. The contract with ESPN+ is with the conference and we are required to produce so many events a year.

- MBB has injuries to major players. The team is still competitive and fun to watch.
- WBB is young and competing hard.
- Swimming and Diving – HL championships are in 2 weeks.
- Track and Field – HL Indoor is in 3 weeks. They have had some record breaking performances recently.
- Tennis is underway with competitions.
- Baseball is preparing for their first game coming up soon.
- Highlights from the written report:
- Academic performance of our student-athletes shared in the report.
- Sports Performance has been hit hard with staff leaving in athletic training, strength & conditioning, and nutrition.
- News about Panther Arena is encouraging.
- Huron Consulting Group has been hired to do an analysis of our athletics department and provide actionable objectives. Will likely engage with the board throughout this process.

- Belle Roloff provided a MKE SAAC update:
- First meeting of the semester is next week. Will have reps from Minlopro, a few former student-athletes work there. Will also make valentines for a hospice center.
- SAAC will participate in Polar Plunge.
