  1. Meeting called to order at 11:01 a.m.
  2. Approval of Minutes
  3. Announcements.
    1. Call for Housing Move Out (May 15-22). Invite to volunteer will go out around spring break to help sort donations.
  4. Old Business
    1. Any questions regarding Lynne and Thor’s visit to ASC
      1. Lynne and Thor shared their impressions which sparked discussion around the future of indefinite status
  5. New Business
    1. Employee status project
      1. Beth and Thor volunteered to work on this project around employee status within other institutions. They will present their findings to ASC in April.
    2. Discussion about the future of NIAS
      1. We will revisit this topic at the next meeting
  6. Meeting Schedule
    The committee will meet next on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. on Teams
