Alyson Ilstrup

Alyson Ilstrup has spent her career working with families in the Family Support field. After graduating from the University of MN Duluth, she completed a term with Americorps in La Crosse, WI working with youth involved in the system. She then became a Parent Educator at The Parenting Place where she spent 16 years working with families in various capacities, including Director of Family Support Programs. Alyson brings her passion for working with families to the Family Resource Center Foundations class which she has been a co-trainer for since 2023. Alyson believes Family Resource Centers are one the greatest assets to a community and continues to share her knowledge through grant reviews and writing.
