1. Log into PDS Online

2. Click “View your transcript”

3. Make sure you are viewing your “Active” transcript

4. Click the “…” in the upper right corner. Click “Run Transcript Report”.

5. To view all records, leave the date range blank. Select “Training Start Date” and enter the appropriate range. See picture below.

6. Click “Run Report” to run.

Note: The transcript will open as an Excel document. You may get a pop up from your web browser asking you to open the Excel. It may appear at the top or bottom of your web browser.

7. Click “File” in your transcript Excel document. You can “Save As” to keep a digital copy

8. You can also Save your transcript as a PDF file for a more formal document:

  • Under “File”
  • Select “Save as Adobe PDF” option
  • Set “Fit to paper width”
  • Click “Convert to PDF”

9. You will get a pop-up save window. Select where to save your PDF Click “Save”
