  • Junior, Sociology and Communications majors with a Pre-Law track

I am honored to be inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. As a Sociology and Communications major in the Honors College, I have had the privilege of participating in many academic and extracurricular experiences. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn from professors like Dr. Alan Singer and Dr. Noelle Chesley. Additionally, being involved in organizations such as the Honors Equity Team, with Dr. Jill Budny, and The Aggregate, with Dr. Ben Schneider, has further enhanced my academic journey. My advisor, Lori Fitzenberger, has also provided me with invaluable support throughout this process.

I am fortunate to work as an undergraduate research fellow under Dr. Sara Benesh through the SURF program. This experience allowed me to contribute to our research project, "Beyond the Bench: How the Appearances of Justices Kagan, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh Impact the Public," which I had the honor of presenting at the National Conference of Undergraduate Research in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Looking ahead, my goal is to attend law school and pursue a career as an attorney, where I hope to apply the skills and knowledge I have developed to make a meaningful impact in the legal field.
