Emma L. Gingras

It is such a great honor to be invited to join the Phi Beta Kappa honor society at UW-Milwaukee. With being in just my sophomore year at UWM, I have been grateful for all the wonderful professors and mentors I have come across at this university. As a Biological Sciences major, as well as Chemistry and Spanish minor, I tend to stay pretty busy with my school work. However, my workload has not stopped me from becoming an ambassador for the Women's Resource Center as well as being enrolled in the Honors College.

My time at UWM has been extremely inspirational and has concreted my future goals of attending graduate school to become a physician's assistant. I am grateful for my parents, my brother, and all of my friends who I've met during this journey who continue to guide me and have supported me from day one. Thank you all!
